Do you accept purchase orders?

We accept payment for purchase orders via BACS, Cheque, or PayPal.
Please note: The minimum order value for purchase orders is £100. For orders under this amount, we kindly ask that you purchase directly through our website.

Yes, the vast majority of our resources come in editable format.

We work closely with a talented team of over 20 experienced teachers and school leaders to co-design high-quality, engaging resources across a wide range of subject areas. Our CEO, Brett Kingsnorth, is an active secondary school leader specialising in PSHE, Citizenship, and Careers, bringing over a decade of classroom expertise to everything we create.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can make a call, text, or WhatsApp to 07591 810 146 we are available most hours of the day.
If we do not pick up please leave a message and we will get back to you asap.
Can you provide a VAT receipt for my purchase?
We are now VAT registered – all website prices include VAT. Our VAT number is 371 7698 55
What forms of payment do you accept?
Via our website, we accept Paypal, Visa, American Express and, Mastercard. For purchase orders, we accept payment via BACS, Cheque or Paypal
What is the delivery time for a Curriculum package?
A digital transfer will be done within 24 hours of payment being made. Digital delivery will be via WE Transfer.
My digital download wont open / I cannot unzip the files successfully
The standard programme a windows computer will use to extract files is windows explorer and you may need to use either a different programme if one is installed or download a more efficient programme to extract all the files – Here is a guide with solutions to this problem and others you may encounter with your digital download. If these steps do not work please email us and we can send you out a USB with all the unzipped files on.

2. Input regedit and press Enter to open Registry Editor.
3. Navigate to the following path:
Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > FileSystem.
4. Find LongPathsEnabled and double-click on it.
5. Modify the value data to 1.
6. Click OK to keep the change.
Digital Download Access & Retention Policy
Customers must download and store their digital purchases locally upon receipt; Cre8tive Resources cannot guarantee ongoing download access beyond 12 months from the purchase date, and any re-issue after this period will require a re-purchase.
Save Locally on Purchase
Customers must download and securely store all purchased files locally upon receipt. We strongly recommend backing up files in at least two locations (e.g., local drive and secure cloud storage).
Access Window
We provide download access for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee continued access to the files or replacement links.
Re‑issuing Files After 12 Months
Requests for re-sending files beyond 12 months will require a re-purchase. Discretionary discount of up to 40% may be offered.
Version Updates
Unless expressly stated at the point of sale, purchases do not include entitlement to any future updates or revisions.
Data Responsibility
Cre8tive Resources is not responsible for data loss on the customer’s side (e.g., lost devices, deleted cloud folders, staff changes).
Proof of Purchase
We may request proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or purchasing email address) to process any support or re-issue request.
