Description
A fun and interactive activity which gets students exploring facts relating to the world of work through a ‘last person stands’ style game.
The PowerPoint-based resource could either be used as a whole class activity on the whiteboard, or by small groups of students sharing a screen.
The learning outcomes for this resource include:
- shows students that career learning is fun and inspires them to learn more
- stimulates thought and discussion about different occupations in the world of work
- develops critical thinking and reasoning skills
The activity is designed to last approximately 10-15 minutes and the content is suitable for students in Key Stages 2-4.
The resource is fully editable in Powerpoint format so you can tailor the content to the specific needs of your pupils.
There is also an SEN version included which removes the need for standing.
