• Promotes healthy relationships, respect, and consent – core RSHE themes focused on building positive relationships and teaching students to recognise unhealthy dynamics
• Develops personal safety awareness – RSHE now includes topics like personal safety in public spaces; your delivery method allows a focused opportunity to explore these themes in context

Framing Friendships Day ‘Real World Friendships ‘- What’s it all about?
Framing Friendships Drop-Down Day is all about real-world friendship skills because friends are not just found, they are built. It takes skills to build a healthy and thriving friendship and through fun, interactive role-playing and group challenges, students will practice (not just talk about) how to build one. They’ll dive into active listening, empathy, constructive criticism, conflict resolution, and healthy friendships—all through hands-on activities that feel more like real-life than a lesson.
The best part? It’s super easy to run. Just print a few materials, grab some big sheets of paper, and let the conversations flow. It’s a mix of fun, talking, and real practice that helps students build legit social skills they’ll actually use. By the end of the day, they’ll be more confident handling tricky social situations and better at being the kind of friend everyone wants.
This PSHE Life Day is designed to equip students with practical tools and insights to explore inclusion and diversity. To help in this process, each student will receive a 10-page Student Guidance Booklet and have session videos as well as session PowerPoint slides.
