A fun and interactive lesson where students explore how adults slpit their time between different commitments and use the higher or lower game to look at national averages.
The lesson package includes:
- Main lesson powerpoint & lesson plan
- ‘Where does all the time go?’ worksheet
- ‘Higher or Lower’ cards
By the end of the lesson, students will:
- Understand different commitments adults have
- Calculate different time spent doing different task on an average week
- Play the higher or lower game looking at times taken for different tasks
The activity is designed to last 45-60 minutes and the content is written primarily for students in Key Stage 3.
The resources are all downloadable and editable in Powerpoint format so you can tailor the content to the specific needs of your pupils.
